Marios Sofokleous, obtained his Law Degree from the Aristotle University in Thessaloniki and was awarded with an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Kent, U.K. He is fluent both in Greek and English. He was admitted as a member of the Cyprus Bar Association in 2012 and he joined our firm in 2019. He is heavily involved in a wide range of claims and disputes in respect of civil and commercial litigation including torts, contract claims, debt collection, injury and insurance claims, intellectual property, banking and finance and disputes related to landlord and tenancy agreements, bankruptcy, family law, probate, recognition and enforcement of foreign judgements, arbitration and construction claims.
